Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above PKR 2,999

• Standard shipping charges apply on orders below this amount.

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–3 business days

• Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment through the courier company's website.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. ZellyScents will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
