At ZellyScents, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product packaging is tampered before opening

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return Request Time

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

Shipping Cost for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), ZellyScents will cover the return shipping cost.

Otherwise, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
